Booking & Payment Terms:

  • No booking will be considered as confirmed unless the down payment (or part of it) has been received to secure the places.
  • The client should always confirm availability before proceeding with the down payment.
  • All tours are on a shared basis (grouping with other people onboard) unless booked on exclusivity terms.
  • Cancellation or change in activity/destination/boat will not be allowed after a booking has been confirmed and paid for.
  • A Rs 500 service fee per head applies for cancellations. Additional fees will be applicable for cancellations less than 7 days (see cancellation policy below).
  • Any special request (veg menu or allergy) should be communicated at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to the trip.
  • Each participant should be present at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before embarkation. The boat will leave without participants who are more than 30 minutes late, and the deposit paid will be non-refundable.
  • Full payment should be made before boarding at the meet & greet location. Interbank transfers should be completed and credited to the bank account at least one day prior to the trip.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:

  • A Rs 500 service fee per head applies for cancellations after booking confirmation.
  • Additional fees apply for reschedules/cancellations with less than a week's notice.
  • For individual cancellations:
    • 7 days prior to trip: Rs 500 per person
    • 48 hours prior or no-show: 100% charge
  • For group cancellations (3 persons or more):
    • 7 days prior to trip: 50% of the rate per person
    • 48 hours prior or no-show: 100% charge
  • The individual who made the booking is responsible for any absence on the trip day, and the full amount must be settled as per the invoice.
  • Cancellations due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances can only be rescheduled at a later date (proof required).
  • Reschedules are subject to ongoing rates and availability at the time of booking.
  • Same-day cancellations will be chargeable.

Weather Conditions:

  • The trip will proceed on rainy days unless safety is compromised.
  • In case of adverse weather conditions, only the supplier reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or reroute scheduled tours.
  • If the trip is canceled for safety reasons, the client will be given options:
    • Reschedule for the same activity on another date (subject to availability).
    • Choose an equivalent trip or package.
    • Receive a refund with a 10% cancellation fee of total activity costs (for bank processing charges & agency service fees).
  • AA Destination Travels Ltd is not liable for refunds on taxi fares or other additional costs.

Unforeseen Events:

  • Unforeseen events include war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, government regulations, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, technical problems, maintenance issues, and adverse weather conditions.

Cancellation Due to Mechanical Issues / Not Enough Participants:

  • If a trip is canceled due to mechanical issues or insufficient participants, clients can either reschedule or request a full refund.
  • Reschedules will be subject to availability and ongoing rates. If there is a price increase, the total amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Onboard Conduct:

  • Alcoholic drinks are served in moderation (limited quantity). Clients may bring their own alcohol.
  • Snorkeling is not allowed for non-swimmers or those under the influence of alcohol (for safety reasons).
  • Snorkeling equipment, if provided, must be shared among participants unless they bring their own.
  • Participants must return equipment in the same condition as provided.
  • Clients must bring their own equipment for fishing and snorkeling if not included in the package.
  • Quarreling, foul language, and unauthorized photography of other participants are strictly prohibited.
  • The crew reserves the right to disembark anyone who misbehaves or refuses to follow instructions, without a refund.
  • Clients should inform the agency immediately in case of any issues onboard, and the agency will attempt to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Service Provider Rights:

  • The service provider is responsible for the quality of goods and services delivered on the scheduled day.
  • AA Destination Travels Ltd is responsible only for the reservation process.
